Ex-students hold annual meet

Thoubal, March 19 2023: A get together for students of XII science and arts stream of 1976-77 batch of Chaoyaima higher secondary school, Thoubal was held on Sunday at the residence of Waikhom Damudhor of Thoubal Mayai Leirak.

As a part of the get together, those present observed two minutes' silence in memory of eigth members of the alumni who passed away recently.

The departed members were Khundrakpam Achouba Singh, Takhelchangbam Lalhari Singh, Takhelambam Yaima Singh, Thokchom Dilip, Asem Gulapi Singh, Akoijam Sorojini Devi, Waikhom Kuber and Waikhom Shyamo Singh.

Luwangthem Tarpon Singh was convener of the get together meet during which decision was taken to conduct alumni meet every year starting with the 2024 congregation at the Keishampat Thokchom Leikai residence of Luwangthem Tarpon Singh.
