Imphal, June 29 2022: Phundrei Battalion of IGAR (South) organised a pre-recruitment training at Pangaltabi village on Wednesday with an aim to motivate youth in the areas of its responsibilities to join defence forces as a career.

According to PRO IGAR (S), discussions were carried out about enrolment in the defence forces and as an officer through NDA, CDS and other entries.

The pre-recruitment training was attended by a total of 20 village youths.

The Assam Rifles continued its efforts to interact with the local youth in order to facilitate and guide them to join Armed Forces and ensure their contributions towards peace and unhindered development in the region.

The pre-recruitment training culminated with the tea and refreshments.

The efforts of the Assam Rifles were highly appreciated by the youth.

They also extended their willingness to attend further such initiatives of the Assam Rifles.
