KLASA FC seeks public support

Asserting that the present crisis in the state has severely impacted many football clubs in the state, KLASA FC president Y Norton has appealed to the public to extend cooperation in all forms to KLASA FC, TRAU FC and NEROCA FC which are representing the state in the 2nd Division I-League.
He also appealed to the public to extend support to KLASA FC and TRAU FC during the match scheduled for February 2 .
Addressing, media persons at KLASA FC office in Keinou, here on Wednesday, Norton said that due to the current crisis, Manipur has been allotted only one home match for the I-League, with the remaining matches being played outside the state.
He noted that for the away matches, the football clubs will need to spend significant amounts of money.
The lone home match for the I-League in Manipur will take place on February 2 at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.
Norton urged the public to attend the match and show their support for the local football clubs and players.
He also appealed to everyone to ensure that no unwanted incidents occur during the event.
Additionally, tickets for the I-League match on February 2 were officially released during the press conference, which was attended by KLASA FC officials.
