The chairman further informed that the festivities will begin with Run for Loktak, organised by Youth Development Association, Ningthoukhong and sponsored by LDA and NHPC, followed by a ritual for Loktak Ima Lairembi, along with the ceremonial release of fish fingerlings provided by Department of Fisheries at the Loktak Lairembi ground portion of the water body, organised by Loktak Lake Development Organisation Manipur (LLDOM), in partnership with LDA.
