Farmers advised to update details

Imphal, December 01 2022: The Directorate of Agriculture has advised farmers registered under PM-KISAN to submit their documents for continuous flow of benefits.

In a notification, director N Gojendro informed that as updation/verification/re-verification is mandatory as per the instruction of the Ministry, the farmers should submit support documents such as PM-KISAN registration number, patta/land holding certificate, aadhaar, bank details and contact number along with a Self-declaration certificate stating that he/she is the sole beneficiary of PM-KISAN in the family and not in the exclusion category.

The director further advised that the documents should be submitted to their respective DCs for verification and that uploading on the portal https://pmkisan.gov.in shall be completed within December 16.The payment of benefits under the Scheme to unverified beneficiaries including those who have not uploaded their verified Patta/ Land documents, Aadhaar and the above-mentioned documents shall cease with effect from December 17, the director informed.
