Koireng led UNLF mourns two revolutionaries

The proscribed Koireng led United National Liberation Front (UNLF) and its armed wing Manipur People's Army (MPA) deeply condoled the demise of two revolutionary fighters belonging to KYKL and PREPAK-Pro.
According to the statement issued by publicity secretary M Shak-Hen, Lt Angom Sanatomba alias Ingo of Meeyamgi Yawol Laanmee of KYKL from Phayeng Mayai Leikai and Lance Corp Maibam Naotomba alias Naatngakpa of PREPAK (Pro) from Serou Makha Leikai were slain in a fierce gun-battle with the combined force of Indian Army and KNA-B along the Manipur-Myanmar border on March 25.Acknowledging sacrifice of the two revolutionary fighters, the UNLF statement said Sanatomba and Naotomba laid down their lives fighting for the revolutionary cause and strengthened their commitment to revolutionary movement.
Revolutionary groups remain determined to defend the state's sovereignty and resist India's suppressive rule as India continues to suppress and exploit Manipur, historically, the statement added.
