Imphal, October 26 2024: Book Culture Northeast launched the second edition of its "Travelling Book Fair" at Manipur State Film Development Society MSFDS courtyard located at Konung Mamang, Imphal on Saturday.

The six-day event, which will conclude on October 31, aims to foster reading habit among the people of the state.

The book fair, part of a larger initiative to promote reading community, will also travel to various districts across the state.

This strategic move is designed to reach a broader audience and make quality literature accessible to all.

The book fair offers an impressive array of books at unbeatable priees.

Bibliophiles ean indulge in a unique "book by-weight" offer, where selected titles are available for just Rs 399 per kilogram.

Additionally, customers can enjoy "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" deals on a Wide range of publications.

Speaking in this regard, Book Culture North East book curator Saikhom Keneshore informed that the goal of the fair is to create a vibrant community of readers, where people can come together to share ideas, learn and grow.

He further urged everyone to explore and browse the vast array of books, totalling thousands, at the fair.
