SAI to conduct competitions on Paris Olympics

Imphal, July 25 2024: Sports Authority of India (SAI), North-East Regional Centre (NERC), Imphal will be organising various competitions, including essay writing, painting, and written quiz competitions for school students at its Takyelpat complex to promote wider publicity and support for the Indian Contingent in the Paris Olympics 2024 .

In a release, SAI NERC, Imphal assistant director (P&A) Lading L Maring extended heartfelt congratulation and best wishes to the Indian Contingent for the Paris Olympics.

Schools across the state are encouraged to participate in these competitions to spread awareness about sports and motivate the Indian Contingent, it added.

SAI NERC, Imphal also informed that written Olympic quiz, essay writing and painting competitions will be open for students from class IX to XII .
