of opinion among the party leadership and activities that went against the party principle, "the Kanglei Feengang Lanmee (KFL)
was reorganised and it has completed one full year to day (August 3), the KCP (MC) has greeted the people on the occasion.

On the occasion of Military Council Day, all the armed cadres abstained
from their normal duty and prayed to the Almighty at the Ghqs and unit head quarters so that the Council gains more strength with
out unnecessary impediments, it said.
During the observation, the Council and its cadres studied the view of adversary forces about
the Council and also the conspiracy hatched by some UG groups in collusion with some leaders of the State Government to incapacitate

Taking serious of the people's jittery feeling caused by the recent spate of
kidnapping children, the Council remarked that it sounded strange that some gangs managed to perpetrate such activities when
army personnel and police commandos are all around.
On the other hand, considering the inability of the well armed and well established insurgent groups to remove the people's fear and insecurity, it would not be any exaggeration to say that all these incidents of kidnapping children is a drama enacted by one well established insurgent group.
The failure to punish cadres involved in kidnapping
children points out that some UG groups are also involved, in the issue.
Such reprehensible politics adverse to revolutionary
movement should not be imposed among the people, it asserted while seeking cooperation from the mass, in establishing the facts
and truths behind the incidents of kidnapping children.
Seeking cooperation from the people to the Military Council and the KFL, Lanheiba claimed that there is no other way than the Council to bring unity.
It further sought people's faith in the Council declaring
that it would, fight with all adversary forces until the sov ereignty of Manipur is regained.
