Rang David explained that the platform provides direct opportunities for the citizens to directly interact with government officials, share grievances, seek solutions, and access government services seamlessly.
He underscored that such initiatives improve transparency, responsiveness, and bolster democracy by ensuring that the voices of ordinary citizens are heard at the highest level of governance.
