Bust of CRPF martyr unveiled

Imphal, May 15 2024: 69 Battalion CRPF of Manipur & Nagaland Sector on Wednesday unveiled the bust prepared by the battalion to honour constable N Braja Kishor Singh of 112 Bn CRPF, who got martyred on May 15, 2000 while fighting insurgents in Manipur.

As per a release, 69 Bn CRPF commandant Bajrang Lal attended the unveiling programme held at Brajakishor's native village Waiton Maning Leikai under Heingang police station, as chief guest in the presence of unit's officers/ troopers and prominent persons/village authority and family members of the 'Saheed'.

During the event, commandant Bajrang Lal apprised the gathering that the purpose of organising the programme was for honouring 'Saheed' constable N Braja Kishor for his supreme sacrifice for the nation and to console his family members as well.
