Secretary rejoices as EK students excel

Imphal, May 13 2024: Enlighten Knowledge Higher Secondary School, Sangakpham secretary Pangeijam Saratchandra has expressed elation after 12 students of the school secured top to 10th position in arts stream of the higher secondary examination-2024 conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

Saratchandra told media persons Monday evening that 12 students of EK higher secondary school coming out with flying colours in the HSE-2024, including school bagging 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th position in the examination in arts stream is not only a commendable achievement but will definitely make the teachers hold their head high for their hard work and dedication is a crucial factor.

According to the secretary, the ongoing violence since May 3, 2023 is having adverse impact on the entire section of people including students.

However, parents fought the odds for the sake of career of their children and all the sufferings have vanished now with the success of their wards, he expressed while appealing to the parents to always choose the right path for their children.

He also said that parents and teachers have immense responsibility in leading the future generation to become responsible citizens.
