FESOK rues Govt teachers serving private schools

Citing involvement of government teachers in private educational institutions as the root cause for degradation of government schools, Federal Students' Organisation, Kangleipak (FESOK) has appealed to the government school teachers to refrain from such unconventional practice.
In a statement, FESOK Education and Library secretary Y Sumanta Luwang made an earnest appeal to teachers of government educational institutions to dissociate from private schools and colleges to aid in fruition of the government's effort to upgrade and promote quality education in the state.
Stating that teachers of government educational institutions flouting established norms and getting engaged in private schools and colleges as the primary reason for many government schools and colleges unable to make any progress, the statement cautioned government school teachers found working in private institutions should be prepared to face the consequences.
