Meritorious students felicitated

Imphal, June 03 2024: Sena Athletes' Organisation (SAO), Kakching Wairi felicitated students under its jurisdiction, who cleared HSE 2024 and HSLCE 2024 in first division, and NDA entrance test, in a function held at Kakching Ward No 3 Salam Leikai community hall on Sunday.

A career guidance programme was also organised alongside the felicitation function.

Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission director Nongmaithem Bandana, Kha Manipur College retired associate professor Dr Mayanglambam Subhaschandra, and School of Science-Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala's associate professor Dr Mayanglambam Suheshkumar attended the event as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.

Apart from Pukhrambam Pyarilal, who secured 132nd All India Rank in the NDA (II) 2023 conducted by UPSC, 13 students (Science), five students (Arts), four students (Commerce) who secured first division in HSE 2024, and 27 students who passed in 1st division in HSLCE 2024 were also felicitated on the occasion.

Meritorious students of Khongman, Bashikhong and Kongba Nandeibam Leikai, who secured over 70 percent marks in the Class X and XII examinations, were also felicitated in a function organised by United Development Association and UNACCO School at the multipurpose hall of UNACCO College, Khongman Mamangpat on Sunday.

The function was attended by UNACCO School chairman Ningombam Irabanta, Sanaleibak editor Ningombam Hemanta-kumar and United Development Association president Moirangthem Ramananda.

In all, 130 meritorious students were presented awards on the occasion as encouragement.
