Oxygen Plant to be set up at CHC Kakching

Kakching, July 26 2021:
Construction of an Oxygen Plant of 250 litres per minute capacity will soon begin near the Community Health Centre (CHC) Kakching.
In relation to it, Kakching MLA M Rameshwar accompanied by Manipur Police Housing Corporation (MPHC) assistant engineer P Lokendro and junior engineer M Bishwarup inspected the work site on Monday.
Speaking on the sidelines, MLA Rameshwar informed that the plant will be constructed adjacent to the 100-bedded Covid Hospital at CHC Kakching as earlier approved by the chief minister.
If the Oxygen Plant is constructed there will no dearth of oxygen in the district, he said and conveyed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief minister N Biren on behalf of Kakching denizens.
MPHC assistant engineer P Lokendro stated that the aim is finish the project within few days.
The only reason it may get delayed might be inclement weather but still work will be done to complete the project as soon as possible, he assured.
