Imphal, May 15 2024: Mayang Imphal MLA Kongkham Robindro on Wednesday handed over cash reward to Jenita Longjam, who secured the third position (Arts stream) in the recently declared Higher Secondary Examination, 2024 conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.

Jenita d/o Longjam Ningthemani of Mayang Imphal Thana Awang Leikai Anilongbi, is a student of Enlighten Knowledge (EK) Higher Secondary School, Sangakpham.

On the other-hand, staff of DC office Thoubal on Wednesday distributed financial assistance of Rs 1000 each to the internally displaced persons, who had been staying at the Wangjing Kodompokpi Sports Complex relief camp but have moved out to reside at their relatives' place or other locations.

The staff collaborated with Meetei Council Moreh (MCM) to distribute, for the third time, the financial assistance to the IDPs from Moreh.
