FOCS, BAIPA sign pact for social uplift

Imphal, July 02 2024: Federation of Civil Society Organisations (FOCS), Manipur and Borayangbi Youth Progressive Alliance (BAIPA), Borayangbi have signed an agreement to work together.

The deal was struck during a joint meeting held on Tuesday in Borayangbi, wherein FOCS vice president Md Yaima Shah, secretary general Angom Punilkumar and BAIPA's Md Rafijuddin appended their signatures.

The agreement said that FOCS and BAIPA will work together in two sectors namely social welfare and social development apart from working together in maintaining mutual understanding, peace and harmony.

The agreement also said that FOCS and BAIPA will fight together any challenges posed to the territorial integrity of Manipur both from within and outside.
