Thoubal, November 30 2024: Athouba 13 Ningshing Thouram Lup has informed that the death anniversary and unveiling of memorial of '13 martyrs', who sacrificed their lives for freedom of Manipur while they were travelling between Leithao and Moltham villages in Tengnoupal district in 2023, will be held at Andro Khunou Torongthel Kamu Koireng Integrity Park, Imphal East district on December 4.Addressing a press meet at Andro Khunou Torongthel Kamu Koireng Integrity Park on Saturday, Athouba 13 Ningshing Thouram Lup convener appealed to all to attend the programme which will be held from 8 am at their burial site at the Integrity Park on December 4 .

The convener also expressed gratitude to all who extended their support in constructing the memorial site.
