MASTEC calls application for Dr Ibeyaima award

Imphal, September 23 2024: Manipur Science & Technology Council (MASTEC), Imphal has called applications from scientists, technologists, innovators, entrepreneurs, innovators or any organisation related to science for the presentation of Dr Ibeyaima Innovation Award, 2024 .

A circular issued by MASTEC informed that the Dr Ibeyaima Innovation Award presented biennially carries cash prize of Rs 20,000, citation and memento.

The Award is sponsored by Manipuri Association of Canada (MAC), Ontario, Canada in memory of its member Dr Hijam Ibeyaima Devi.

The award conferred to individual (scientist/technologist/innovator/entrepreneur) or any organisation (academic insti-tution/R&D organisation, NGO), excluding political and religious organisations, domiciled in Manipur for outstanding contributions towards causing and promoting scientific and technological innovations provided the innovator is purely originated from establishments within the state of Manipur.

For the year 2024, interested scientist/technologist/innovator/entrepreneur/innovator or any organisation may submit duly filled in application form along with required documents to the office of MASTEC within October 31, 2024 .

The application form may be collected from the office of MASTEC or downloaded from its website https://mastec.nic.in, it informed.
