Imphal, January 18 2025: Seva Samiti Manipur (SSM) opened a yoga and naturopathy centre called 'Bhaskar Prabha' at Konjeng Leikai (Airport Mamang) on Saturday with an aim to provide benefits of yoga and naturopathy to the people of Manipur and further develop the practice in the state.

In a release, RSS, Imphal Vibhag prachar pramukh Dr Wahengbam Rorrkychand Singh informed that the inauguration function was attended by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) national executive member V Bhagaiah as chief guest.

Speaking at the function, V Bhagaiah stated that the centre has been opened for public welfare and appealed to the public to visit the centre and reap its benefits.

Referring to the current crisis in the state, he opined that the truth will soon prevail, just as 'Dharma' had emerged victorious in 'Mahabharat'.

The function was also attended by Manipur Legislative Assembly speaker Th Satyabarta Singh, cabinet ministers Th Bishwajit Singh, Yumnam Khemchand Singh, Sapam Ran-jan Singh, Heikham Dingo Singh, Govindas Konthoujam, Rajya Sabha MP and titular king Leishamba Sanajoaba, MLAs, academicians and CSOs leaders, the release added.
