Imphal, February 14 2025: The Assam Rifles dedicated a waiting shed to villagers of T Khuangkhai in Churachandpur district, on Friday as part of its commitment to enhancing local infrastructure and improving public amenities in remote areas.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by Assam Rifles officers and personnel, along with the village chief and community members.

Expressing their appreciation, the village chief and residents highlighted the project's importance in addressing local needs and fostering stronger ties between the Assam Rifles and the community.

This initiative aligns with Operation Sadbhavna, which continues to drive impactful development efforts across, the Northeast, contributing to regional peace and progress, said a PRO IGAR (S) release.
