BJP plans quiz competition on Aug 27

Imphal, August 16 2024: As a part of its month-long observance of 'Athou basingee Ningsing Tha' and activities for students at its office Thambal Shanglen, Nityaipat Chuthek, BJP Manipur Pradesh will organise a state level quiz competition on August 27 for class XI, XII and undergraduate students on the theme 'Know Your Manipur' with special rounds on the Anglo-Manipuri War of 1891 .

In a release, BJP Manipur Pradesh OBC Morcha president Rk Nongdrenkhomba Meitei informed that a screening test will be conducted on the same day of the competition to select five teams for the oral/final round.

Cash prize of Rs 3000 and Rs 2,000 will be rewarded to the winner and runner-up respectively while consolation prize of Rs 1000 each will be presented to the remaining three teams along with gift hampers and citations.

He urged institutions concerned to nominate two students each for the competition, forward their particulars within August 25 and contact 7005170629/9862189439 for relevant details.
