NPF extends congratulations to Yumnam Khemchand

Kohima, February 09 2026: The Naga People's Front (NPF) extends warm congratulations to Mr.Yumnam Khemchand Singh on his appointment as the Chief Minister of Manipur, and to Mr.Losii Dikho, NPF MLA, and Ms.Nemcha Kipgen on their appointment as Deputy Chief Ministers.

The NPF also congratulates the newly installed government of Manipur, marking the end of nearly a year of President's Rule in the state.

The party expresses confidence that the new government will work towards restoring peace and stability, address the ongoing ethnic situation through reconciliation, and promote inclusive and people-centric development.

The NPF reaffirms its commitment to extending constructive support to the BJP-led government in the larger interest of peace, progress, and prosperity for the people of Manipur.
