AR flags off Seemadarshan tour to Arunachal Pradesh under Op Sadbhavana

Senapati, November 16 2025: Assam Rifles flagged off Seemadarshan Tour for students of Don Bosco College (Autonomous), Maram, Manipur under Operation Sadbhavana with the aim of offering young students an experience of the cultural heritage and natural beauty of Arunachal Pradesh.

A total of 28 students and two teachers are taking part in this enriching and exciting initiative.

The tour includes visits to Assam Rifles Training Centre and School (ARTC & S), Dimapur, Kaziranga National Park, Air Force Station, Tezpur, Bomdila, Tenga Valley, Tawang and Bumla Pass, allowing participants to explore Arunachal Pradesh's rich culture, ecological diversity and geographical importance.

Students will also visit the War Memorial, learning about the sacrifices made by the bravehearts of the nation.

At Assam Rifles Training Centre and School, participants will witness live training of the recruits, their daily routines and functioning of the Assam Rifles.

A train journey from Guwahati to Dimapur has been incorporated to provide students a firsthand experience of rail travel, enhancing their experiences.

The Seemadarshan Tour reflects Assam Rifles unwavering commitment to youth development, national integration and strengthening civil military relations.
