NCC Directorate resumes training activities

Imphal, June 04 2024: After a year-long hiatus, NCC Directorate, Manipur resumed training activities on April 15, 2024, for the training cycle 2023-24, which will continue till August 15, followed by training for the year 2024-25 from September 15 .

The NCC training resumed as directed by the director general in view of the interest of the state's 7200 cadets, who are spread across the 16 districts and 95 institutes.

The state government and Spear Corps have been supportive of the training activities along with Assam Rifles deployed in the state to provide administrative support and security cover during conduct of camps and examinations, according to a PRO Defence release.
