Imphal, August 03 2026: The Directorate of Craftsmen Training (DCT), Government of Manipur, organised a One-Day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) Training Programme for officers, officials and staff at its Conference Hall, Lamphelpat, on Monday.

The programme was held under Mission Karmayogi, the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), aimed at strengthening public service delivery through competency-based learning and behavioural change.

Inaugurating the session, L Subhaschandra Singh, Joint Director, DCT, stressed the need for continuous learning, digital governance and citizen-centric service.

He urged employees to use the iGOT Karmayogi platform to enhance skills and apply learning in daily work.

State Master Trainers Khomdram Arora Singh and Amarjit Rajkumar conducted the training covering public service values, leadership, teamwork, ethics, accountability, and nation building.

The programme concluded with a call to uphold integrity and professionalism for a responsive administration.
