Over 120 beneficiaries avail free medical camp at Heirok

Heirok, March 02 2026: A one-day free medical camp was organised today at Heirok Part II Mayai Leikai Upper Primary School, conducted by Ekal Abhiyan Thoubal Sanch, in collaboration with the Legal Aid Clinic, Heirok.

During the medical camp, a team of 19 medical personnel, including doctors from general medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology and gynaecology, provided consultations and treatment to around 121 individuals.

The beneficiaries comprised 70 women, 31 men and 20 children from the locality and nearby areas.

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Thoubal, along with Medical Officers from CHC Heirok and PHC Lamding, supported the initiative by supplying essential medicines required for the camp.
