Jiribam, February 24 2026: Jiri College is all set to host the Jiribam District-level Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026 on February 28, 2026 at the college multipurpose hall.

The youth parliament will deliberate on the theme: "50 Years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy" .

The session will provide a platform for young minds to engage with democratic processes, reflect on historical events, and articulate their vision for India's future.

District Nodal Officer of NSS Unit Jiri College, Radheshyam Singh, has urged all eligible young citizens of the district between the ages of 18 and 25 to actively participate in the programme and contribute to making the event a grand success.
