MPCC chief moots 'mutual love' for 'peace restoration'

Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president K Meghachandra has suggested that peace and normalcy in the state could be brought when all communities love each other and work together.
K Meghachandra made this proposition during an interaction with leaders and workers of Chandel District Congress Committee held Saturday at Liimkhu Inn, Chandel.
During the interaction, K Meghachandra said indigenous communities of Manipur will be very hard to survive and will have no future if there is no love and understanding among themselves.
Extending Christmas wishes to the people, the MPCC president said the violence since May, 2023 in the state could be brought to an end when entire communities love each other from the bottom their hearts.
"Peace will come naturally when misunderstanding is converted into understanding and there is a collective voice for love," he said and stressed the need for a collective efforts to bring back peace and normalcy in the state.
