Imphal, January 13 2026: The Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur has informed all concerned that preparation of annual increment pay slips for all Gazetted Officers of the Government of Manipur whose DNI falls on January 1, 2026 has been completed.

According to a press release, all Chief Controlling Officers/Controlling Officers/Heads of Departments have been instructed to depute their authorized representatives to collect the same from the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur, Imphal from January 15 onwards on all working days between 11 am and 3 pm .

Further, the representatives/individual officers have been requested to submit employees' profiles generated from the Central Management Information System (CMIS) to the office at the time of collection of pay slips for use in Gazetted Entitlement Management System (GEMS) under CMIS of the State Government.
