Imphal, June 11 2026: The State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA) for Watershed Management, Manipur organized a two-day State Level Training Programme on Management Information System (MIS) under PMKSY - WDC 2.0 on 11th and 12th June 2026 at the Conference Hall, Old Secretariat.

During the inaugural session, Dr.Rajkumari Sunita Devi, Chief Executive Officer, SLNA (WM), emphasized the mandatory requirement of regularly updating the MIS on the portal of the Department of Land Resources (DoLR), Government of India.

Considering the urgency for the successful closure of the project, she urged district officials to expedite the completion of MIS entries within the stipulated timeframe.

The training included handholding support to district officials on MIS entry, and a Manual on MIS was distributed to all participants.

The programme was attended by the Senior Finance Officer, Technical Expert, Programmer, Administrative Officer; and Technical Expert, Data Entry Operator and WDTs from Imphal West, Imphal East, Jiribam, Kakching, and Chandel districts.
