Foundation day of Diamond Radio held

Thoubal, January 04 2025: The 8th foundation day of Diamond Radio Station, Khongjom, which was the first community radio station of the state and established on January 4, 2017 under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, was held at the office premises of radio station on Saturday.

Manipur Remote Sensing Application Centre retired director Dr Nahakpam Randhir Singh, ISTV Network executive member B Naobi Sharma, I&B retired PRO Longjam Priyokumar Singh and Diamond Radio chairman and former minister Moirangthem Hemanta Singh attended the occasion as presidium members.

As part of the function, gifts were presented to Diamond Radio staffers along with people who helped in conducting various programmes of the radio channel.
