GSA hosts vibrant cultural evening

Imphal, March 01 2026: The Ghyanratna Sahitya Academy (GSA), Manipur State Office, successfully organised the 2nd Edition of its Cultural Evening as part of the first-ever GSA National Conference held in Manipur.

The event, hosted at the office in Keishamthong Longjam Leirak, featured the participation of 110 artists from across the State.

As per a release issued by GSA, the evening showcased a rich diversity of Manipuri art forms, including traditional performances such as Wari Liba, Thang-Ta, Kabui Jagoi, Das Avatar, Haririha, Khunung Eshei, Basanta Ras, Pung Cholom, Maibi Jagoi, and Thougal Jagoi.

Many prominent individuals from the State attended the function as special guests.
