ITTA hosts 1st convocation ceremony

Imphal, September 23 2025: The first convocation ceremony of Ideal Teachers Training Academy (ITTA) was held today at the campus of the institute located at Sajiwa in Imphal East.

Notable dignitaries present at the event include Professor M Premjit, registrar, Manipur University; Professor Nongmaithem Rajmuhon, former VC, DM University; Dr Yengkhom Ranjan, Principal, ITTA; Thoidingjam Lokendro, retd Divisional Forest Officer, and Khagokpam Kala, Ideal People Society (IPS).

At the event, certificates were handed out to different batches of students who passed out from ITTA from 2017 to 2025 .

Notably, the Academy offers courses for Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work and BEd .
