NIT Manipur awarded CBDE program accreditation

Imphal, April 12 2025: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Manipur has been awarded accreditation for including Capacity Building Program on Design and Entrepreneurship (CBDE) cell under the Malviya Mission Teacher Training Program initiatives of NEP 2020 of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.

Notably, NIT Manipur is the 45th institute in the country to achieve this creditable accreditation.

Professor DVLN Somayajulu, Director, arid Professor Kh Tomba Singh, Registrar, have thanked the MoE, GoI and MMTC CBFI IIITDM Kancheepuram for granting the CBDE centre accreditation to NIT Manipur.

They also congratulated the efforts of the CBDE Team Members: Dr Ngangbam Romeji, Associate Professor, CE (PI), Dr Vandana Wangkheirakpam, Asst Professor, ECE (Co-PI), Dr Nabajit Sarkar, Asst Professor, CE (Member) and Dr Ashutosh Kumar, Asst Professor, ME (Member) for the accomplishment.
