Imphal, October 31 2024: The closing ceremony of the 17th Fortnight Barrier Free Campaign 2024 was held today at Dr Kamal Hall, Department of Psychiatry, RIMS, Imphal under the theme, "Equal Access Equal Opportunity" .

The campaign which began on October 17, 2024 was organised by the Handicapped Development (HD) Foundation, Manipur in collaboration with East Zone Indian Psychiatric Society and Lions Club of Imphal Excellence.

The closing ceremony of the 15-day campaign was graced by Dr S Gojendra Singh, Head, Department of Psychiatry, RIMS; Dr Sapam Jasowanta, Chairman, HD Foundation; Dr RK Lenin, President, East Zone Indian Psychiatric Society; Dr N Romi, Professor, Department of PMR.

RIMS; and Pampak Khumukcham, Asst Professor, Clinical Psychology, RIMS as presidium members.

East Zone Indian Psychiatric Society also distributed essential equipment to the differently abled persons present at the event.
