Imphal, September 25 2026: The proscribed People's Liberation Army (PLA) celebrated its 48th raising day at all its units, departments and stations today.

The PLA's raising day was also celebrated at all divisions under the RPF's Central Bureau with flags, festoons and stars, said a press release issued by the outfit's Deputy Secretary Publicity Roben Khuman.

The main features of the raising day celebration was saluting the party's flag, offering tributes to all martyrs who had laid their lives for the cause of the motherland and reading out of RPF's president MM Ngouba's message to the people.

On the occasion of the PLA's 48th raising day, the outfit has also prayed for peaceful co-existence, unification of all communities and greater collective efforts for the Nation and victory to the collective efforts.
