Imphal, October 16 2010: The proscribed KCP(MC) has decided to boycott the proposed visit of Union Home Secretary GK Pillai's to the State.

Alleging that the proposed visit of Pillai has a sinister design to drive a wedge among the indigenous people of the State, a press release issued by the outfit's information and publicity secretary Paikhomba asserted that the people ought to boycott GK Pillai's visit unitedly.

Saying that there are several implications of the development seminar to be held at Hotel Classic at a specified date, the outfit said that it has prohibited the Home Secretary's visit considering the implications.

Alleging that king Bodhchandra was forced to sign the Merger Agreement at gun point on September 21, 1949, the outfit decried that Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru gifted away Kabow Valley to Burma in 1953 without the consent of Manipuri people.

The outfit questioned the shrinking of Manipur's territory to 22,327 Sq Kms in 2000 which was 22,357 sq Kms according to the census report of 1990 .

Even as George Fernandes attempted to ignite a communal clash between Kukis and Meiteis during his visit to the State some years, the indigenous people, based on a mutual understanding averted any such incident.

The people have full knowledge about the identity of those handful of individuals who are trained by Assam Rifles and engaged in frisking people at Khudengthabi and Tengnoupal check posts of Assam Rifles.

It demands a serious analysis about the proposed dialogue between the Government of India and the armed groups it sponsored.

"Would they be working parallel to Village Defence Force and Special Police Officers who are acting as vanguards of the alien forces ?", the outfit questioned.

It would be in the best interest of all for those handful of Kuki brethren to give up the world view of acting as 'satellite state' of the Indian regime.

Stating that all indigenous people of the North East suffer discrimination in mainland India, the KCP-MC (Chingkheinganba group) hoped that the all the 29 groups listed within UPF and KNO would focus on a sovereign Kangleipak based on egalitarianism and join in building up a collective liberation movement.

Alleging that the Government of India has been pursuing various policies and programmes at eradication of minorities, the outfit asserted that it's time for forging unity among the indigenous people.

It's also time to understand the Government of India's alleged drug warfare, reli-cultural warfare, medical warfare, instigate and intrigue warfare etc.

Although Kangleipak is for all the indigenous people, external forces have been instigating some sections of the people to demand Naga homeland and Kuki homeland after giving them the nomenclatures of Naga and Kuki, thereby impeding the liberation movement.

Since the historic period, Kangleipak has a federal structure and this was testified by presence of village chiefs (Khullakpa) in each and every village, the outfit added.

There is no point in demanding homeland from India which is not the owner of the land once Kangleipak becomes sovereign and the people stand on their own feet.
