Koireng-led UNLF observes MPA's raising day

Imphal, February 09 2025: The Koireng led UNLF observed the 38th raising day of its armed wing Manipur's People Army (MPA) in different parts of the State and beyond today.

The outfit, in a statement signed by its secretary of publicity (central committee) M Sak-Hen, said that the raising day was observed at the units of the party and MPA including central headquarters, general headquarters, training centres, tactical headquarters, district headquarters, external and regional headquarters etc.

Observing 2 minute silence in honour of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, offering floral tributes and speeches by party and MPA leaders were the highlights of the observance, it said.

Cadres of other outfits who share common goals and aspirations also participated in the raising day of MPA, it added.

The outfit and MPA extended gratitude to all who supported and attended the raising day programme.
