Imphal, February 01 2017: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has effected the transfer and posting of 17 IAS/IPS/MCS officers in connection with the ensuing Assembly election.

As per the ECI's missive sent to the State Chief Secretary today, R Sudhan, MD, MSPDCL and Commissioner of Excision and Excise will replace Lunminthang Haokip as DC/DEO, Churachandpur and RO (58-Ccpur and 59-Saikot AC).

Likewise, Shyam Lal Poonia, Secretary, MPSC and Jt Secretary, Tourism will take charge as DC/DEO Thoubal in place of M Joy Singh while B John Tlangtinkhuma, Director, Communication and Industries will replace Maranchan Luikham as DC/DEO, Tamenglong.

C Arthur, DC/DEO, Senapati and RO (47-Karong AC) will replace Robert Singh Ksh as DC/DEO, Imphal West while Robert Singh Ksh will take charge as DC/DEO, Senapati and RO (47-Karong AC) in place of C Arthur.

K Kabib, SP, Senapati will take charge as SP, Imphal East in place of AK Jhaljit while H Yogeshchandra, SP, Bishnupur will take charge as SP, Senapati.

L Mangkhogin Haokip, CO, 8 IRB will take charge as SP, Bishnupur.

Luckyson Kashung, Dy Secy (IT) will be the ADC/Imphal East, ERO/RO 14-Yaiskul and 15-Wangkhei AC in place of O Leimaton Devi.

H Balkrishna, Dy Secy, Revenue will be ADC/Kangpokpi, ERO/RO 50-Kangpokpi AC in place of T Manihar Singh.

Pawan Yadav will be SDO/Chingai, AERO/ARO 45-Chingai in place of KG Daigong.

Pawan Yadav will be holding this charge in addition to his present charge of SDO (LM) in Ukhrul district.

Ravindar Singh, AC to DC, Senapati will be SDO/Phaibung/AERO/ARO/ARO 47-Karong in place of N Brajmohon Singh.

M Rajkumar Singh, AC to DC, Thoubal will take charge as AC to DC, Imphal East/ERO/RO 3- Khurai AC in place of Polly Makan.

Roji Rajkumar, Admn Officer (Edu-U) will take charge as SDO/ERO/RO Bishnupur in place of Shamim Ahmed Shah.

Bhagyashree Laishram, ARC and Under Secy, Power will take charge a SDO/ERO/RO 30-Lilong AC in place of Firoz Khan.

Dr Th Charanjit Singh, BDO/Kakching will take charge as AC to DC, Thoubal, ERO/RO 31-Thoubal AC in place of A Abdul Hakim while L Geet Chandra Singh, Under Secy, MAHUD has been assigned SDO/Saikul, ERO/RO 46-Saikul in place of L Sukumar Singh.
