ICA Edu Skills opens first centre in Manipur at Thoubal

Thoubal, June 24 2026: The Institute of Computer Account (ICA) Skills Edu Private Limited, a vocational training and skill development organisation with more than 100 centres across the country, opened its first centre in Manipur at Thoubal Wangmataba today.

The new centre was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Thoubal, Yumnam Robita.

The inaugural was also attended by Professor Ch Ibohal, Director, Research and Development Cell, Manipur University and Dr Yumnam Jayanta Singh, Executive Director, NIELIT Imphal.

The newly opened centre, a unit of Siroi Financial Consultancy Private Limited, aims to provide industry-oriented skill training to unemployed youths and enhance their career opportunities.

The centre will offer various professional courses in accounts, finance, taxation (GST, Income Tax), Tally, SAP, Data Analytics and other emerging fields.
