ZYF Manipur State Unit elects new office-bearers

Imphal, August 03 2026: The Election Commission of the Zeliangrong Youth Front (ZYF), Manipur State Unit, has conducted the election of office-bearers for the 2026-2030 tenure at Karpursungba Village in Kangpokpi district.

According to a release issued by the ZYF, seven officebearers were unanimously elected and appointed to various posts during the election.

Duanreilung Kamei was elected President, while Lungsanghungbe Kuame was elected Vice-President.

TP Pouhiamlung was elected General Secretary and Akham Kamei Joint Secretary.

Ajin Panmei was appointed Development Secretary, Blessing Kamei Cultural Secretary and Namphenlungbou Marenmai Information and Publicity Secretary.

The release stated that the remaining posts would be filled during the first Executive Meeting of the ZYF Manipur State Unit in accordance with the provisions of the Zeliangrong Youth Front Constitution.
