Imphal, February 17 2026: Recently crowned 15th Mega Mister North East 2026 Karnajit Ningthoujam, international polo player Thoudam Kaoba Singh, renowned polo player Thoudam Santosh and gold medallist rower Ningombam Bimath were felicitated today at North Eastern Youth Development Organisation (NEYDO) Community Hall located at Kongpal Iranpham Thongkhong.

The felicitation programme was jointly organised by Nongpok Pana Apunba Lup (NONGPAL) and NEYDO.

Notably, Thoudam Santosh was part of the team that bagged the Team Champion title at the 2nd Dr Kshetrimayum Chourajit Singh Inter District polo Tournament 2026.Meanwhile, Ningombam Bimath bagged a gold medal at the 1st Northeast Rowing Regatta & Interstate Challenger Championship 2025 held from December 17 to 19, 2025 .

Karnajit was warmly received by members of NONGPAL, NEYDO and his family today at Imphal International Airport.

Later at the felicitation programme, Kshetrimayum Tama, former Member, Top Naoriya ZP, hailed the felicitation programme.

Stating that the boys have brought laurels to the Club and the entire Imphal East district, Tama expressed hope they will continue to bring pride to the region in the future.

The event was also attended by NONGPAL representative RK Bedajit and NEYDO president Ksh Hemantakumar.
