A district-level training programme on the e-Seba Manipur Portal was held at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Senapati, on Wednesday under the supervision of the District Administration and organised by the District Informatics Office, Department of Information Technology (DIT), Senapati.
The programme was aimed at strengthening the delivery of e-Seba services and enhancing the capacity of officials and stakeholders involved in implementing the portal across the district.
Speaking during the training, District Informatics Officer, DIT Senapati, and Member Secretary of the District e-Govemance Committee, L Hravio Kennedy, said the e-Seba Manipur Portal serves as a unified digital platform for various citizen services, including the issuance of Domicile, Income, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and OBC certificates, as well as Employment Exchange registration.

The technical session was conducted by RD Davidstone, District Technical Staff, who provided hands-on training on user registration, login procedures, complaint lodging, portal limitations and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) registration, which requires Aadhaar and mobile number verification.
Officials and staff from all Sub-Divisional Offices (SDOs), the District Employment Exchange and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) operating Common Service Centres (CSCs) across Senapati district attended the training programme.
