AK Priyokumar honoured with National Education Excellence Award

Thoubal, July 13 2026: Dr Akoijam Priyokumar Singh, NSS Programme Officer of Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School and Lecturer in the Department of History, has been conferred the "Outstanding Achievement for Education Excellence, 2026" in recognition of his contributions to education and research.

The award was presented by Rajya Sabha MP Ramdas Athawale and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat during the national seminar on "Individual Achievement & National Development - Atmanirbhar Bharat" held at Habitat World, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

The seminar was jointly organised by the Indian Economic Development Research Association, the International Achievers Conference and the All India Achievers Foundation.

Dr Priyokumar, who has previously received several national and international awards, is also an associate member of the Indian Solidarity Council.
