MWF elects new executive members

Imphal, October 12 2025: The Manipur Women's Federation has constituted a new executive body to steer the organisation's activities and initiative for the upcoming terms.

The new executive body was constituted during the recently held General Body meeting of the Federation.

The newly formed executive body comprises 13 executive members and 4 advisors, representing a diverse group of women leaders dedicated to advancing the Federation's vision of empowering women and advocacy for women's rights in Manipur.

The new executive body will be led by Takhellambam Demona (president), Thiyam Nandini (vice president), Heikrujam Bimola (vice president) and Tensubam Rani (general secretary).

The MWF expressed confidence that the new constituted team will work collectively to strengthen the organisation's role in addressing social issues, promoting gender equality and empowering women at all levels.
