Indian Army conducts World Health Day awareness campaign at Kumbi

Bishnupur, April 07 2026: The Red Shield Division of Indian Army commemorated World Health Day by conducting a health awareness session at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Awasiya Vidyalaya, Kumbi, Bishnupur, engaging 230 higher secondary students with great enthusiasm.

As per a release issued by the Red Shield Division of the Indian Army, the session focused on promoting awareness regarding personal hygiene, mental well-being, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.

An interactive lecture was delivered encouraging students to adopt healthy lifestyle practices and actively participate in maintaining their well-being.

The students responded with keen interest, participating in discussions and sharing their perspectives on health-related challenges and solutions relevant to their daily lives.

The initiative was well received by the school authorities and students, who expressed their appreciation in fostering health awareness among the youth.
