Imphal, October 02 2025: A Special Gram Sabha on Changamdabi Gram Panchayat under Keirao CD Block, Imphal East district was convened today at Changamdabi Mathak Leikai Community Hall today.

The Special Gram Sabha held in connection with "People's Plan Campaign 2026-27" was attended by Dr Karimuddin, retired Lecturer; Th Noren Singh, Panchayat Secretary; and Alhaj Imran Shah, former Pradhan, Changamdabi Gram Panchayat among others.

The meeting deliberated on various topics such as "Formulation of Gram Panchayat Development Plan for 2026-27", "Labour Budget", "Panchayat Advancement Index 1.0 score and identify the gaps", "Felt needs of the Panchayat", "Village Poverty Reduction Plan (VPRP) from SHGs/Federations under MRLM and its inclusion in GPDP", etc .
