Imphal, October 28 2024: Academic Research Forum (ARF), Dhanamanjuri University (DMU) organised the 2nd Invited Lecture cum Felicitation programme at the conference hall of the Department of Political Science, School of Social Science, DMU today.

The programme organised in collaboration with die Department of Political Science, DMU was attended by ARF president, Prof S Lanchenba Meetei and vice president Prof K Indramani as presidium members.

Prof Naorem Joykumar, renowned historian and former Dean, School of Social Sciences, Manipur University also attended the programme as the invited speaker.

He delivered a lecture on the topic "Women in the changing process of Manipur" .

As part of the event, newly promoted Professors namely Prof Y Imo of Geography Department; Prof L Suraj of Political Science Department; Prof S Lanchenba, Dean of School of Humanities and Prof K Indramani, Dean of School of Social Science were felicitated.

Students from different departments of DMU participated in the programme.
