Sathou Lup concludes year-long celebration of 20th anniversary

Imphal, November 26 2024: The year-long celebration marking 20 years since the establishment of Sahitya Thoupang Lup came to a close today at RKCS Art Gallery in Keishamthong.

The valedictory ceremony was graced by Thoidingjam Tombi Singh, Lalit Kala Akademi Awardee as the chief guest and Saratchand Thiyam, Sahitya Akademi Awardee as the functional president.

The ceremony began with the gathering paying their respects to the souls that have been claimed by the ongoing conflict.

Following this, Konthoujam Bobin presented a patriotic song to the audience.

Tongbram Amarjit Singh, RK Budhimanta and Oinam Chittaranjan also spoke on the occasion.

Later, 28 poets presented their works of poetry before the gathering.
